IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE, THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVE WILL BE PURSUED:
- TO DELIVER GOODS AND SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS IN A COST EFFECTIVE WAY AND EXPEDITIOUSLY AS POSSIBLE.
- WHEN CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-STANDARD OR AT VARIANCE WITH AVAILABLE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, THEN A CLARIFFICATION TO THEM MUST BE OFFERED.
- TO MAINTAIN WARRANTY CLAIMS TO 0.5% OF ALL INVOICE TRANSACTIONS.
- ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT LEVEL 5 RATING IN ALL OF OUR SERVICES.
- DRIVE THE BUSINESS THROUGH CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS.
ALL THE STAFF OF HANSAIR AND HYPERCOAT ENTERPRISES PTE LTD WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THIS POLICY AND ITS INTENDED GOALS.
